Eating out. Note that I can always find something even in a nonvegan friendly country. But it would be nice to have more choice!

What supplements should I take as a vegan?
When choosing supplements ALWAYS buy from a reputable brand that is high quality. Never use a generic supplement. They don’t work and are full of fillers. Get the ones that work and really feel the results.
All vegans need to take a vitamin B12 supplement. B12 is a bacteria and not derived from animals. Animals ingest this bacteria, so those on a meat-eating diet will consume B12 – although many are still deficient.
I always suggest taking a good quality multivitamin such as this one regardless of what type of diet you are on.
You do not need to take any special isolated vitamins and minerals (unless you have a disorder that requires you to do so) A well rounded whole foods plant-based diet will cover all the vitamins, minerals, proteins, fats & carbohydrates you need!
Probiotics are essential for keeping a bloat free & flat belly. These one are THE BEST
For omega fats, 1-2 tablespoons of ground flaxseed will give you adequate amounts
