I’ve had my own personal struggles too.

 

Twice in my life, I suffered from terrible anxiety and depression. At the time I felt lifeless like there was no way out and everything seemed pretty bleak.

 

Luckily I’ve found that there are SO MANY ways to overcome anxiety, stress, and depression and more importantly, how to prevent it from happening again.

 

I believe the key is to ensure that you are taking the right steps to ensure that stress, anxiety, and depression won’t take a hold of your life – before it reaches that point.

 

If you’ve got a type A personality (like me 🙋🏼‍♀️), you’ll know it can be difficult to switch off. You may become easily overwhelmed and anxious with all the thing you MUST GET DONE.

 

But it’s not a good way to live and I’ve learned that the hard way. We should be doing so much more to ENJOY life and have less WORRY about the past or future.
